As reported by Digitimes, a manufacturer of touch panels for Apple's smartphone based in Taiwan has not yet received permission from Apple to begin production. The suppliers are not interested in moving to a new model even when the demand for iPhone 4 appears strong, according to rumor.

Changes coming for Final Fantasy XIV
