Space Invaders ready for the cinema

Space Inveaders recently entered the Guinness Book of Records as "the most successful arcade game ever." The golden moment of the game Taito does not seem to have worn off because someone is going to take him to the cinema. Producers Lorenzo di Bonaventura and Gigi Pritzker are ready to acquire the rights and are looking for a writer to draft the plot.

Other times there was talk of a film dedicated to Space Invaders, but it never materialized. This time the road seems to be the right one given that Bonaventure is not exactly the newest. We owe to him, in fact, important productions such as Transformers and GI Joe and he will probably produce another adaptation from an old video game Asteroids.
