The former boss of Team Ninja, Tomonobu Itagaki, now leader of the team Valhalla Studios, has partnered with the developer of Dawn of War, Relic Entertainment, to share technologies that will be used for the development of Devil's Third. As stated by the boss of the division Core Games, THQ, Danny Bilson, (thanks Joystiq), Itagaki is currently studying in Canada at Relic.Statements were made by Bilson in New York in the past few hours, as part of THQ's new logo. The sharing of knowledge and technology is part of the new strategies of the company. Devil's Third is an action game for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 set in a post-apocalyptic future. Itagaki would like to offer a 3D view mode for what is called the study "an action game from the frenetic pace." The Devil's Third output is expected in 2012.
