No modding for Battlefield 3

Given the latest news, DICE will not put any tools available to modders to allow editing of any element of Battlefield 3. The software company said, to Game Informer (thanks NeoGAF) that the cause of this decision relates to the excessive complexity of Frostbite 2.0, an engine that, apparently, makes everything much more complex than ever before.

Develop canonical "mod tools" then require a large investment of time and resources, and DICE has clearly no intention to take time to his latest creation. Or at least not now. DICE has also confirmed that the PC version will be the "dominant" and which will offer a multiplayer open to a maximum of 64 players.

With regard to this kind of "figures" in the console landscape, developers have not yet been unbalanced, but there are rumors that the player-cap will be 24 items. Battlefield 3 will also propose a co-op that will allow you to choose between four different classes din soldiers, each of which will be customized in several ways.

The details are still cut to the bone, but it was already announced that we will not have to wait long to find out more. In addition there are also some rumors about the possibility that it is considering an "Theater Mode" and the presence of Killcam time to allow all the "victims" of online games to discover the identity of its perpetrator.

Beyond this news spread, the greatest concentration of information disclosed so far about the Frostbite 2.0, new, impressive engine behind the product that should ensure a level of destructibility unprecedented - there are rumors of a spectacular level at which should an earthquake occur in the name of extreme realism.

Finally, this new closed cars of the announcement of a new setting for the main storyline, Kurdistan, which will add to the locations already made history, or Paris, New York and Tehran.
