The Return of the Werewolf Ubisoft DRM has spoken on Twitter DRM Driver: San Francisco PC. You will be happy to know (we're ironic) that will be required to play a permanent internet connection, a bit 'as they did with Assassin's Creed 2 and other triple-A games. In short, it seemed that Ubisoft had abandoned this type of protection and yet here it is, probably modified and improved to better combat piracy (at least hopefully not make the fool of the old).
On the console the protection system will be different, given that drivers in San Francisco will be the first game to use "Uplay Passport", the password system that combines online content to the user profile. Source: Joystiq
