Although extremely limited speaking with some employees of Epic, CVG has discovered that the Samaritan demo, made to show the new features (and future) Unreal Engine, not only in real time but actually playable. Unfortunately, Epic has confirmed that there are no plans to make a game, even if it is not impossible that the same as Gears of War was created as a demo, but in any case we should still wait for the next generation to see something.
The demo shown in a closed session during GDC, you simply move your character in a limited area but it is still a possibility that aesthetically remarkable considering the quality of the Samaritan is almost comparable to that of a movie.
