Borderlands 2 is currently under development at Gearbox Software and 2K Games' studios will soon make the official announcement. A source close to the game revealed that the title to Videogame Source Gearbox will be published next year on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The boss of Gearbox, Randy Pitchford, once proclaimed that the team had every intention of resuming the franchise Borderlands, sooner or later.
