Interplay not be called good luck in the world of video games According to a report by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Interplay's financial situation would not be just rosy and there are risks for the immediate future of the company, or it comes to bankruptcy. Of course there are other possibilities, but the danger is real and thus are at risk all the titles developed by the company, among them the long-announced Fallout Online, which have gone missing for years, and the sequel to Earthworm Jim, of which you have never seen anything concrete.
Besides these, several projects are poised to release on WiiWare and DSiWare, for a total of five titles that will run a serious danger of never seeing the light of day. Source: Joystiq
