Weinstein Company, the film studio founded by some of the biggest producers in Hollywood, decided to open a section devoted to video games called TWC Games. The newly formed company will develop games based on films produced by Weinstein and Dimension Films. "The gaming world is full of opportunities and the match to the cinema that has become more consolidated," said one of the brothers Weinstein.
"We have already contacted several publishers to develop distribution agreements for our future products." For now, have not yet been made names, but among the most popular film series of the two companies chaired by the Weinstein brothers are also Scream, Hellraiser, Halloween and Piranha, and the material (at least for the horror) certainly do not lack.
