The problem is not only the data users know the problem right now on the PlayStation Network, the violation of the system by one or more hackers and exposure to the same sensitive data like credit card numbers to customers and investigations which will hopefully lead you to discover who is responsible for this disaster.
What you just talked about so far is rather the point of view of developers, especially those who had planned to publish a title exclusively on the PSN and now find themselves at a crossroads. Just like the guys Redspotgames, who were about to release a minis entitled Rush Rush Rally Racing and that, at this point, they decided to create a survey to see if the user still has confidence in the platform or if Sony is the case of cancel the project.
