DEAD RED REDEMPTION (PS3): Working conditions "extreme" in Rockstar?

It is not the first time we hear about working conditions "inhumane" for employees of Rockstar San Diego, better known as the creators of the Most Red Dead Redemption, fresh from Game of the Year title awarded to the Spike Video Game Awards. To make matters worse we thought a blog post on the staff of Zero Dean, deleted as soon as the "voice" started to circulate, the content of which was repeated on Web Eurogamer, the author, who makes no secret of his identity he actually worked as a Senior Environment Artist at the game development team.

What we speak, so this time? Nothing new, really, than what was found months ago, with the aggravating circumstance that the prosecution, this time, is not anonymous. The article recounted some episodes that occurred during the staggering development of the game but, above all, the theory is confirmed that the team has worked beyond the limits of the "extraordinary" about 12 hours a day, 6 days a week, without receiving any financial compensation and suffering endless nagging and harassment.

Last but not least, the author of the post before making bags and "escape" of his own free will, we have seen dispossessed of all the work done up to that time, accredited as a result of her direct supervisor.
