7% of mobile gaming is enjoyed in the bathroom

The white throne, turns out to be one of the stations playing your favorite Travis Boatman, vice president of EA Mobile, has reported data from a research to determine the times and places of use of mobile gaming. According to this study, gaming laptops are used for 47% of the time at home, 12% travel on public transport for 14% of the time at work to account for 7% in the bathroom, for 3% to school and 1% at the airport.

The remaining 16% of time is granted in "various" places. Boatman also debunked four myths about the mobile gaming: Myth No. 1: The best portable video games are all casual. Vice President of EA Mobile said that hardcore gamers have not been seen much with regard to mobile gaming, but that the release of titles like Dead Space and Infinity Blade, both at the top of the charts on the App Store, is a 'turnaround.

Myth No. 2: Just a version of the game for all platforms "Not really. The rise of Android market requires the development of multiple versions of each title," he said. Myth No. 3: The marks do not count. "They count how!" Boatman said, explaining that 25% of best-selling games for the iPhone are all published by major companies.

Myth 4: It will never be better than this .. According to Boatman, the mobile game industry will make great strides over the next three years. Source: Eurogamer
