The boss of Gearbox, Randy Pitchford, has denied rumors that the sequel to Borderlandspotrebbe be announced at E3. "I honestly do not know this Mosingois James (in reference to your CV then removed that sparked the rumors)," says Pitchford. "Last year we partnered with third parties for DLC Clap Trap's New Robot Revolution, maybe this guy was part of that group." Despite the denial, Gearbox will permit the developer to return in the future franchise Borderlands.
"All of us LOVE Borderlands from Gearbox, we are extremely satisfied with hosting of the game by the fans and sales, with more than 4 million copies sold. We have supported the game with DLC and good as you can imagine we want to do many things in Borderlands future. But if you do not announce a game, this does not exist.
" Borderlands debuted in 2009 on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Gearbox is currently working on Duke Nukem Forever, which will be launched for PC and console HD is set for June 10.
