There is a strange pairing a rumor rather interesting for fans of movies "gore" Nippon and video games: according to what can be inferred from a cryptic sentence uttered by Takashi Miike at Cannes, it may be that the director is was instructed to shoot the film based on the Capcom Ace Attorney series.
The celebrated author of Audition, The City of Lost Souls, Ichi the Killer and Yatterman was present at the Cannes Film Festival to present his new film 13 Assassins and responded as follows to The Huffington Post, who asked about his next project "is a light comedy really what I'm shooting now, a story set in court, based on a video game released for the Nintendo DS.
" The name is not mentioned but the details seem to just focus on the saga of Ace Attorney. Obviously we would be very curious to see Miike's touch applied to the adventures of the lawyer from Capcom. Source: The Huffington Post
