The team is named Blue Manchu and card game will take care of Jonathan Chey, co-founder of Irrational Games Irrational and former boss of Australia, has created a new development team: Blue Manchu. Already announced their first project: Card Hunter, a card game browser. Blue Manchu actually exists since August 2010, but worked in secret so far.
The team includes several former developer Irrational Games, such as Richard Garfield, Creator of Magic: The Gathering. Speaking to MCV, Chey said: "Our goal is to create innovative and original titles. Card Hunter is a good example of what we want to do, since it mixes the kind of board game with MMO-style features." He has not yet been set a release date for Card Hunter, but there is already talk of a possible conversion of the game for the iPhone OS platforms.
