Nintendo learns from past mistakes

The price cut announced recently the Nintendo 3DS is unusual for the Japanese, but apparently was dictated by the desire not to repeat past mistakes. In a recent question and answer session with investors in Tokyo, in fact, Satoru Iwata said that Nintendo was able to make the decision in question because of what we learned at the time of the GameCube.

To this was added as a good financial situation of the company, thanks to the success of Wii and DS has been able to take some risk by lowering the selling price of the 3DS but at the same time developing the Wii U.
