Starting today, the MMO Champions Online will become free-to-play, made it known Atari. The title is fully playable in a totally free, but to get access to the adventures extra packages or objects (costumes, power) in the C-Store, the store in-game, you must pay. The current Gold members can keep your package while new users will have access to Gold Status, the second option payment that Atari will make "most of the contents of the game" and will include "extra functionality".
