Fallout 3 will be closer to reply to a thread on the official forum of the company, a community manager at Bethesda has revealed something about the system used to equalize the difficulty in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. One of the features now implicated more like Oblivion was its lack of the control system of the difficulty that many eliminated much of the sense of progression and evolution of the character by extending the power of all enemies with that of the protagonist.
According to community manager, Skyrim Fallout 3 will be closer than in Oblivion, with a system of "randomness / leveling" based on the experience level of the player, according to which, gradually, new enemies appear especially in an increasingly powerful more balanced than the experience gained by the player.
