Gamers' Voice against Activision

Gamers' Voice, an association that defends the rights of UK consumers, has made it known you want to report Activision UK's Office for Fair Trading for the endless list of problems found in the PC and PlayStation 3 versions of Call of Duty: Black Ops. A formal report will be sent to government agencies dealing with consumer rights in the UK, tells Gamers' Voice.

The decision comes following the publication of an open letter to Activision UK, which speaks of the many problems of the PS3 versions. According to Gamers' Voice, the publisher has ignored the allegations. A few days ago, Treyarch had claimed to be working on a patch that would solve many of the PlayStation 3 version of the game.

"The feedback on the forums there has been a great help. While we work to resolve the problems, know that we are working hard to bring you the best experience possible," he wrote on the forum of the Treyarch community manager Josh Olin. However, following the launch of version 1.04, the problems of the Black Ops multiplayer on the PlayStation 3 have actually increased.

"Clearly, Black Ops is one of the most important games, if not the most important of all, including those published last year and this means that players are more problems," says Gamers' Voice. "We think a game should never be sold or result in an incomplete and unplayable just these terms we've read in a large number of emails received recently." "Problems arise when, as in the case of Black Ops, consumers are used as a tester after the launch of the game despite having paid for their copy.

This treatment of our players is unacceptable."
