Capcom confirms Capcom has confirmed the upcoming release of Resident Evil: Operation Raccon City (as in the rumors, but with the addition of "Operation"), scheduled for winter 2011/2012 on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. It also confirmed that the development is provided by the Canadian team Slant Six, also author of SOCOM Confrontation.
It is, as said, a cooperative multiplayer shooter that sees us taking sides dell'Umbrella Security Services in response to a repressive government forces, following the strong discharge of the T virus, attempt to remove the threat as well as exposing facts about the shady Umbrella. In essence, we are on the side of bad history, at least at first, with the chance to relive some of the highlights of Resident Evil 2 and 3 inside the Raccoon City, but viewed from the perspective of the forces Umbrella.
Among the celebrities, there is also room for Leon S. Kennedy. Below, covers devoted to the game from Game Reactor in its various editions and the official Xbox magazine.
