The American publishing giant videogames on the internet is still expanding the network has acquired UGO IGN, 1UP, the publishing company since 2009. The reason lies in the willingness of the acquisition of IGN to get out of the way News Corp and become large enough to act alone. The division between IGN and News Corp will take place over several months, with the end result of having a new independent company led by current chief of IGN, Roy Bahat.
