News Games: Mafia 2 critical.

Share this story Share on Facebook too! We know that video games that carry certain kinds of little facts accepted by some who have experienced first hand or that are, rightly, very contrary to these historical facts. The video game Mafia II is concerned, however, is not about protests of ordinary citizens, the controversy this time comes from a person who has some significance, comes from an Italian politician, we are talking about Sonia Alfano who is currently in the European Parliament and above is the current president of the National Family Victims of the Mafia.

In a statement recently, expressed his disappointment and his opposition to the creation and marketing of games like Mafia 2. In fact, according to a statement of the same Sonia, this game back pains and dramas that are still very current and we can not afford to publish a chapter like that when memories are still so fresh.

This primarily tells us with a parliamentary motion even in the European Parliament. Meanwhile, I want to clarify, for the uninitiated, that Sonia is the daughter of Beppe Alfano who was the victim of an attack that pushed the life in 8 January 1993, at a time in southern Italy where a reign of terror and fear and episodes Similar were the order of the day.

Sonia asked why the game is not posted, of course, the publisher of this game could only express their disagreement, in fact in an official statement said that the facts of the game is absolutely not related to Italian history but to the facts of organized crime that occurred in America, and rather famous films as The Godfather or The Sopranos has always been a great success and have been critical of the film without any central theme.

They did not wait for the response of the Member who said that a tragic and dangerous as that of the Mafia, could be transformed, with this video game, something to have fun and spend time. The theme is definitely one of those delicate so do not feel like expressing an opinion in favor of one side or the other.

I leave to you the word!
