In an interview with Gamasutra, the co-founder of BioWare, Greg Zeschuk said that the idea is regularly the top-of-mind of the developer. "We are looking more and more often, the idea is interesting," says Zeschuk.
"Initially, ten years ago, the debates were interesting, tackling the problem from the viewpoint of traditional RPG. Today the landscape has changed: look far they have come to games like Mass Effect and Dragon Age." "You can think of a detective story set against the backdrop of Mass Effect or a spy story.

"At the moment we can not confirm anything, but we are discussing it, because one of our goals is to win more fans, sell more units, expand our customer base."
