Treyarch has released a new patch for the PC version of Call of Duty: Black Ops. In addition to addressing a number of minor issues, this update includes the requirements for the publication of the instruments for the creation of mod. The community manager Josh Olin has confirmed via Twitter that the instruments will be available by the end of the month.
