Dead Trapped: The Return of the Zombie, PC reviews

Now available over the German border, Trapped Dead aroused conflicting opinions among the various players, this is given by a narrative of the game used by virtually all the titles in Horror Adventure, which, however, has some interesting bits of news. The main character during a refueling at the gas station with a friend is attacked by a group of zombies that can infect the latter in the most classic ways, then will our hero in every way to escape and save his skin, however, unaware running in the wrong direction, it will wander in different locations full of zombies that earned him quite a few headaches.

Nothing new in this plot, there are the usual zombie, the victim being infected and the hero who manages to escape, the boys from Crenetic Studios have chosen a common theme for this first venture into the market for PC gaming, but risk falling thanks to the banal narrative stratagems not exactly exciting.

Trapped Dead is still a fair experiment, capable of combining together different genres: horror to Survival, all with a strategic focus that will distrggiarsi in a daring mix of moves and action plans designed, within the limits of a title that is that has some static. The environments are not compelling, even if with some tricks that make the game slightly more varied though the mechanism remains the same principal, to travel from one point in the map by eliminating zombies with your mouth water, relatively little a title that would surely do better, but of which we appreciate the effort.

What has disappointed more than anything is the atmosphere during the game, if titles like Resident Evil there's always that feeling of anything can happen, here are scarce surprises to come, because as mentioned earlier a static game model. Among the qualities of this game there are definitely comic sequences beautifully made, with an excellent cut of the characters and environments, does this take to finish an underground basis that justifies some of the best choices.

The graphics are exceptional results, especially in light effects and unnatural movements of the character and surroundings, this is the most important factor for a PC title in the games because the pace slow enough, as in this case, the attention to detail graphic makes a difference because most noticed by the user, in the opposite situation would not have much time to notice significant details in the character and environments.

Another flaw found objects from all the control is not very exciting, this aspect is of equal importance to graphics for a game like this, because everything is based on controlling the action of the character and movements in the battle that affects the playability and involvement. In conclusion, we do not expect much more than that done for this first experiment of developers, certainly is not a title from the very solid foundations are in fact many areas for which we must devote much time before it can become a notable title on the market, however, is not nothing so obscene, obviously when compared with first-class license are losing many points.

For these and other reasons, the new Trapped Dead can not go more than enough as the final decision, hopefully a new chapter in renewed and more polished graphically, which can take some of the bright spots of this title and develop them in a different, possibly with a plot is not too static and already seen, but let it restore the zombie horror genre into the limelight.
