Intel: Ivy Bridge customs clearance 3D

Intel announced that May 4 would have revealed a sensational news, later today we can say that it related to the new chip set Ivy Bridge, as many expected that next year will replace the current Sandy Bridge. The gist of the news is that the new series for 2012 will support 3D graphics, making the transition to full scale on all three PCs, ranging from mainstream to those top class, scoring invevitabilmente 2012 as the year in which finally beginning a new era which will become part of everyday life and not just a few, as in the case of television, launched on the market at prices not just for all budgets.

In detail, this new series of Ivy Bridge Intel will implement the tri-gate transistor technology, or components with a three-dimensional structure, which differs from the type based on a structure bidimesionale. This is the consequence of the transition from 32 nanometer process to a new 22-nanometer, which provides a development in the field of 3D graphics but also in many other related areas that will now take different roads to reach new levels of performance, not even remotely imaginable the current system, this is a consequence of the breach, several times repeated, of some fundamental physical laws, which could not have performed the decisive step towards a new level.

Being partially changed the basic operating system, now more powerful and suitable development areas such as minimal energy consumption related to benefits derive essential benefits, as working on a lower voltage application and the consequent consumption of electricity is much lower, ensuring better performance, this will be a huge advantage over the terminals as tablets and smartphones that produce energy on average higher by 30% with the increase of the other variables, trying to remedy with an optimization of energy resources, in other words save autonomy through the standby functions.

Intel has a significant turning point in his image after the flop happened with the Apple story, which has caused the American home a small spot on a resume almost perfect until now. All this, however, was resolved by updating the chip after a few months back Intel has done the right way, by deleting the controversy of users who had purchased a MacBook Pro is not completely bug-free.

The news dell'Ivy Bridge was not only a surprise, in fact on many websites have suggested that the news would relate specifically to the 3D industry, already seen on other notebooks this year. The doubts begin to arise when you start to talk about vision goggles, in fact, many assume that Intel will surprise everyone by offering a notebook since frictional able to have the 3D technology without the need for active glasses, so the announcement under this view could take a significant value.

Many of the notebooks on the market provide only 3D viewing glasses provided with specially to allow them to exploit this technology, the step to take is to eliminate the use of these accessories, making immediate and convenient viewing, as tested success on a number of smartphones like the HTC LG Optimus 3D or 3D EVO.

We just have to wait for the new notebooks that will come on the market since 2012, as as announced by Intel, these new components to go into production later this year, only to be placed in the terminals that appear on our shelves in January 2012 presumably remembering Sandy brigde as one more step to get updates to the revolutionary Ivy Bridge, intended to disrupt part of the schemes in use for 10 years or maybe more in the planning and design of the PC.
