That's why the animations are so beautiful! On the U.S. PlayStation Blog has published an interesting report, topped off with a video that appears at the end, which describes the motion capturing procedures adopted for the construction of 3 Uncharted: Drake's Deception. Amy Hennig, creative director of the game, said the proceeding was substantially improved compared to that used for Uncharted 2.
"It was a dated system, with an uncomfortable scenario for moving and turning, full of lights annoying. Even the sound was terrible, and so we had to record the dialogue in a later session." The Hennig has also said very satisfied with the performance of the actors selected for the various parties.
