It will be available in September in the U.S. The Gunstringer, the action game designed for Kinect and developed by Twisted Pixel, will not come out more on the digital platform Xbox Live Arcade, but direct to retail stores in size. To be precise, the game will be available in the U.S. in September. Michael Wilford, CEO of Twisted Pixel, said the game was so popular with certain personalities (including Steve Ballmer, president of Microsoft) that we wanted to give all possible visibility, thus bringing the digital and physical release.
The collaboration with Microsoft has resulted in an improvement of The Gunstringer in various sectors, according to game director Josh Bear. "We were already excited about the game, but now we are able to make it even better," he said. Source: Shacknews
