It would indeed be the time ... What you propose is clearly not an official video, plus also rather confusing. Nevertheless it seems that it is quick glimpse of gameplay section dall'attesissimo Batman: Arkham City, the latest adventure of Batman in development on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. The quality is very low, with the movie for yourself at the bottom waiting for confirmation or denial.
