Target more content to APB: Reloaded

GamersFirst revealed that profit dall'MMO APB: Reloaded will do a few thousand players simultaneously present on the server. The COO of the company, Bjorn Book-Larsson, said that these goals are modest compared to those that would serve to Realtime Worlds to reach break even with the original APB. "We do not want to mention the revenues that we are realistic enough for us but a few thousands of players simultaneously present to take advantage.

If you exceed 10,000 players will be satisfied, beyond the 20,000 we will be very satisfied. To reach the break even much less than we need to ' original APB. " APB: Reloaded will be free-to-play and, according to Book-Larsson, will serve 12 months to assess the success of the game. "For retail products after 30 days you know they'll make, for free-to-play are at least 12 months.

It will draw conclusions until we have published a series of additional content." According to the COO of GamersFirst, APB reached peaks of 18,000 simultaneous players on the servers of Realtime but the product was designed to peaks of 60 or 70,000. "When the game fell apart, people who took part in the MMO was about 300,000.

We have had 150,000 registrations for the beta, and half of these were new users. We have already managed to recover many of the older players APB and this is important because it means that they are interested in the future of the product. "GamersFirst has acquired the MMO APB following the collapse of the developer, Realtime Worlds.

The public beta of APB : Reloaded will begin this summer.
