As reported by Siliconera (via VG247), the U.S. rating agency would not issue an ESRB rating for the PlayStation Network edition of Dino Crisis 2. The game will be published by SCEA and will be compatible with PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable, at the moment but there is no confirmation on the release of Capcom title on the European PSN.
