Treyarch is planning to launch a tool kit to create mods for Call of Duty: Black Ops in May, about six months after the release of the game. The company's community manager Josh Olin, made the announcement via Twitter. The intention is to open up the PC version of the Black Ops community Modder to revive the popular multiplayer FPS.
