The European Nintendo website and the official website of Epic Games have finished in the crosshairs of hackers. According to both companies, data on credit card users have not been subtracted. "We are aware of a possible threat of phishing on the European website of Nintendo," says Nintendo of Europe on the portal.
"As a precaution we have blocked access to some sections. The credit card details are not at risk." Epic Games has spoken of the attack information in a written message from CEO Tim Sweeney and published on the forum of the company. "Our site and forums have been breached by hackers lately.
We plan to restore everything in a few days. Hackers have stolen e-mail address and password, which is why we decided to generate new ones. The Unreal Developer Network is not compromised ".
