Sony has won the first round of legal battle that revolves around some patents of Blu-ray. A court in the Hague has given the go-ahead to Japanese company for the distribution of PlayStation 3 in Europe, allowing Sony to send the 300,000 consoles to retailers who had been detained in recent hours. According to GamesIndustry by LG will have to pay a fine of $ 130,000 will increase to $ 200,000 for each day that passes without payment of the sum.
