Originally part of InstantAction, the team has since reorganized into Graham Software, lost in the passage of rights to games developed and keeping only the one on the Torque game engine. Unless GarageGames does not repurchase rights on IP, the game must therefore be removed from Xbox Live Arcade, but at the moment seems unlikely that the authors intend to proceed with the acquisition.
