On arrival the first class action against Sony due to external intrusion that led to the theft of sensitive data of users of the PlayStation Network. As reported by CNet, the law firm Rothken Law Firm will be the first to take Sony to court following the attack of hackers. The study was mandated by a resident of Alabama, Kristopher Johns, accusing Sony of not having protected "reasonably" user data.
