The creator of Metal Gear Solid series, Hideo Kojima, announced in the last few hours on Twitter cancellation of the project to which the designer has worked the past year. "I hate the idea, I can not be optimistic," it said in a message, then: "What I have prepared meticulously for years has lost its meaning." Kojima Productions is currently working on Metal Gear Solid: Rising for PC and consoles and HD Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D 3DS, in recent months has also spoken of the possible development of a new Zone of the Enders and other projects entirely shrouded in mystery.
