The producer of Mass Effect 3, Casey Hudson, Twitter has confirmed that the last episode of the trilogy, BioWare will deal with this emotional character of the same sex of the protagonist. A similar choice to that which had drawn some criticism of the system in this sentimental Dragon Age II. Hudson has spoken interaction with other party members in an interview with PC Gamer.
If you want to avoid spoilers you should not read. "The new characters will not be potential partners in this sentimental, which will be limited to interaction with the characters of Mass Effect 1 and 2," says Hudson. "If you had a history of ME1 and ME2 no love, it means that you have been faithful to your partner and in a scene you'll see an image of that character."
