The system rejects the code, at least in the U.S. Apparently the American people who bought a copy of Dead Space 2 for PC on Steam platform can not activate it. The codes provided by Electronic Arts does not seem to work, and at present it is unclear whether the problem depends on the same serial or a server failure.
A Valve employee was made aware of the problem and said he had contacted EA to find a solution. We are confident that the problem will be resolved within a few hours, then not even occur to Italian users who will buy the game since Jan. 28.
