The prophecies about the Nintendo handheld, according to analysts at Screen Digest in 2011 will be a good year for sales of Nintendo 3DS, but they still will not exceed those that characterized the "normal" Nintendo DS and the primacy of this will persist for much longer. Are planned for this year 11.6 million units sold worldwide for Nintendo 3DS, but not much higher than those of the various models of the Nintendo DS, which to his "first year" sales totaled 13.1 million units sold.
