After comments from Sony, which he called the allegations unfounded rumors against Rockstar Games for PlayStation 3 firmware 3.61, the publisher of LA Noire has removed from its website the message that the overheating of the console had been related the new system update to Sony's platform. At first, Rockstar had mentioned similar problems with other games on the PlayStation 3, but the message was later removed from the website.
Also updated the FAQ page where they offer a solution to some problems in the PS3 and X360 but LA Noire is not mentioned as the firmware 3.61.
