Despite generally positive reviews major developments in the reserved first-episode Hector: Badge of Carnage, a defect in particular was quite evident to all, longevity rather small. The team of independent development Straandlooper Animation wanted to respond to these criticisms with Hector: Badge of Carnage - Episode 2, which reportedly contain a significantly greater number of hours of gameplay, a longer history and greater amount of puzzles.
"Episodes 2 and 3, we're working with Telltale," says Straandlooper, "are based on a game engine will be more robust and longer. We are trying to incorporate more puzzle and add more characters," in other words "we want to make that the gaming experience is worth its price. " Source: Eurogamer.
