Modern Warfare 3 does not suffer from the chronic lack of support post-launch that has plagued previous chapters. A state was the creative strategist at Infinity Ward, Robert Bowling, via Twitter. "Making Modern Warfare Patches and updates for 3 after the launch will be one of our priorities." Modern Warfare 2, despite the laurels gathered around the world, was harshly criticized for this reason but it seems that IW does not want to repeat the mistakes of the past.
