Capcom has announced that a version of IOS Resident Evil: The Mercenaries will be published on the App Store in February. As reported by TouchArcade, Resident Evil: Mercenaries Vs propose a local and online multiplayer game via Center. Four players will compete in teams or all against all. The control system should be similar to that used for the IOS device porting Resident Evil 4, released in 2009.At the launch will be available only a map and two characters Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine, but Capcom has already said that they will publish later than extras. Resident Evil: The Mercenaries will then arrive on Nintendo 3DS.
