Games against injuries from fighting

Use of war games can help the soldiers to mitigate the effects of trauma caused by the fighting, according to a new study. As reported by New Scientist, a survey of 98 military Jayne Gackenbach the University Grant MacEwan in Edmonton, Canada, showed that the aggression shown by persons in dreams using a war game set from the norm.

Moreover, thanks to video games of war subjects were able to cope with threats that fill their dreams. A control group whose subjects have not used video games would be shown instead dreams characterized by high levels of helplessness and aggression. According to Gackenbach games act as a "threat simulators," posters and condition the mind gets used to develop brutal scenarios that occur in dreams.

The researcher also says that the use of war games among soldiers deployed in hot spots on the planet can be seen as a kind of care unconscious against the horrors that have found themselves in front of the military. "We bring below the console and play forever. The truth is that they may have good reasons to do so."
