Microsoft on Games for Windows Live games lack of weight

Microsoft announces a change of course in the use of its platform for online gaming on the PC. Kevin Unangst, Microsoft's senior producer, spoke in an interview with CVG's problematic launch of Games for Windows Live!, Indicating as a major problem of the lack of platform games weight. In general, Unangst said that Microsoft was going to bring up the PC elements that have made the success of Xbox Live: objectives, simplified matchmaking and friends list, but just because of the nature of the service console, PC users have not well understood.

Receiving greatly worsened by the lack of titles that encourage weight using it. For this reason, Microsoft has to work its best development team, Lionhead and Ensemble Studios, Games for Windows Live to better integrate into their future titles. Fable 3 will be the first test case for a renewed philosophy of service approach.

We'll see. Source: CVG
