Media Molecule is working on the Teacher Pack for LittleBigPlanet 2, a second package of content that Sony could be used in schools for educational purposes. According to MCV, the package will include some levels based on a series of topics suggested by teachers, as well as a guide that will help them to grips with the game.
Students will interact using the PlayStation controller Move. "The package will be a great way to get people interested in a type of game-based learning," said Ray Maguire of SCEE. "We hope that Media Molecule will be able to complete the package by May." The move is part of a strategy to bring the console, PlayStation 3 and PSP in this case, schools.
Sony would already promoting the use of Move and PlayStation Portable. "The consoles are not just games, media players are sophisticated," says Maguire.
