Bethesda has released a new patch for the PC version of Fallout: New Vegas and said that the update will be available on consoles by the weekend. As anticipated a few weeks ago, patch 1.3 balance the effectiveness of different weapons and includes a series of small changes to stabilize the performance of the game.
