THQ has announced a downloadable game series Warhammer 40,000 subtitled Kill Team. The title will be available in July on Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network at a price of 800 Microsoft Points or the equivalent of $ 9.99. Warhammer 40.000 Kill Team is described by the publisher as a third-person fast-paced arcade shooter, and will include exclusive weapon to be used in PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of Warhammer 40k Space Marine.
Four classes available in a game that will include a co-op split screen and six chapters deal with a range of upgradeable weapons. Kill Team is developed by the authors of Red Faction: Battlegrounds, THQ Digital Studios UK.
