It is now clear ... As a matter of fact, today: the PlayStation 3 version of Portal 2 will be the best of those consoles, and thus higher than the Xbox 360. Or rather, not as regards the technical aspect, in this context the two parties will be absolutely identical, but rather for updates and opportunities provided to players.
